I have been drawn to music and sound my whole life. I had 20 years of chronic pain and fatigue and had about given up. I tried several healing modalities, including fasting, breath work, reiki, Accupuncture and sound healing to name a few. All were so helpful.
Sound healing enveloped me in such a way that I knew it was helping and changing me on a molecular level. My healing process has created a desire to provide sound healing to others on their healing journey.

I took my first Reiki class in 2012 and obtained Reiki master in 2016. I use Reiki on a regular basis for self-healing and on animals, family and friends for their self-healing. I have felt the healing power of reiki within myself and want to share this with others.

Using both Reiki and Sound Healing together can allow for a swifter healing journey.

Sound Healing
In person sessions include tuning forks, crystal bowls, crystal pyramids, clearing/opening chakras. Reiki is used to set the space and used throughout the session.

Zoom Sessions

Karen has a beautiful energy that penetrates straight to the
